The Big Lottery's People's Millions Award ...

After all that campaigning in local schools, shops and on the streets of Canton....we are happy to announce that we were awarded £36,000 by The Big Lottery's People's Millions at Chapter.

The cheque was presented by Ruth Wignall from ITV Wales and a representative of the People's Millions during the ITV Wales news...

Thanks to everyone who helped to secure the funding!

Chapter Community Garden - Plans

Here are the detailed plans of the Chapter Community Gardens from designer Michele Fitzsimmons (http://www.ediblelandscaping.co.uk/). The plans are currently in the planning department of Cardiff Council, so once they have been approved we will be able to start on the hard landscaping and ordering the plants!

South Wales Echo photoshoot - Monday 22nd November

We gathered for a photoshoot for the South Wales Echo on Monday 22nd November....vegetables costumes on we did some gardening and had a great laugh! Chapter staff, Abby (bee), Graham (aubergine) and Elaina (red pepper) we mangaged to get some great shots which were then sent out by twitter, facebook and on Chapter's website.

Hitting the streets of Canton.....

In the campaign for the Big Lottery's People's Millions we hit Chapter & the streets of Canton on Saturday 20th November in our campaign to raise votes for the Chapter Community Garden ....Gwenno (red pepper) & Dyfan (aubergine) did a brilliant job!
